Participants actually build an agent
Not a demonstration — every attendee designs and deploys an agent for a repetitive process they own.

01What is unique
Not a demonstration — every attendee designs and deploys an agent for a repetitive process they own.
Led by a practitioner who has implemented production AI workflows, governed automation and enterprise agent systems.
Attendees get access to a world-class, enterprise-grade AI platform that executes deterministically.
AI delivery evidence
Evidence from production workflows, Kognitos automation and applied workshop delivery.
Applied AI delivery
Practical delivery experience spanning AI strategy, governance, everyday assistants and agentic automation in operational settings.
Kognitos automation
Kognitos workflows separate natural-language understanding from controlled actions, with defined inputs, outputs, exception handling and an audit trail.
Applied build evidence
The programme moves from responsible AI use to a tested, role-specific agent for a repetitive process the participant already owns.
Integrated implementation
Workshop concepts are connected to real application interfaces and Kognitos processes, showing how an AI idea becomes a secure, reviewable operating workflow.
02Executive summary
The same three tracks run for executives, managers and specialists. Content, cases and depth are calibrated for each cohort before delivery.
Every exercise runs a realistic scenario in the room, then each participant applies the method to their own memo, report or process.
Covers the capabilities any organisation should expect from a modern AI assistant — chat, spreadsheets, browser, documents — not a single product.
Day three designs and deploys working agents on a no-code platform, for the processes that do not need a person watching every step.
In Salalah, split into batches so no single team is out of the building at once.
The programme can start on one week's notice; dates are confirmed on booking, subject to facilitator availability.
03Programme structure
One programme, three tracks, one full day each — Understanding AI, Platforms, and Agents.
The same three tracks run for every level; worked examples and depth are calibrated for each cohort and agreed beforehand.
Roughly sixty percent of each day is hands-on practice.
Every participant leaves day three with an agent designed for a process they own.
